Howard Street Wharves Brisbane is a space that was once used as a shipping dock. The space has been revamped and now includes art, restaurants, and bars.

Named after Howard Smith, a pioneer who built a wharf in 1883.
In 1986, it was once an integral part of the city’s maritime trade. It was a major hub for cargo, passenger transport and freight movements between Queensland and overseas destinations. It is due to this history that the project planners have made sure to preserve its heritage in the design of the new waterfront precinct.
